Quick 4 steps to build your dream life aka the alignment compass:

Step 1: Get More Clear

Each day, track what moments feel like:

  • 🔋 Energizers (You lose track of time / feel inspired)

  • 😐 Neutralizers (It’s whatever to you)

  • 🔻 Drainers (You feel tired or disconnected after)

Step 2: Find Patterns

At the end of each week just ask:

  • What made me feel most alive this week?

  • What left me numb or exhausted?

  • Where was I faking energy just to get through it?

Step 3: Lean In

Just keep figuring out how to:

  • Do more of what lifts you up

  • Eliminate or delegate what drains you

  • Design your schedule around that which aligns a lot

Step 4: Let the Path Reveal Itself

You can’t force a perfect plan.

Clarity will emerge as you keep leaning into what feels like you.

That’s why I love the advice “1 day at a time”.

Just make sure it’s Day 1 and not One Day.

Over time, your aligned will life build itself.
